Pricing policy
We provide fixed price quotations on longer duration works and specialist works such as boiler installations and multiple services.
If you know what you require, or the work has been previously diagnosed speak to our service help desk.
We are confident we can give you a competitive fixed price quotation that includes labour and materials. We are confident that our prices cannot be beaten on quality and cost. We regularly check our prices to keep us competitive however we will be happy to try and price match any of our competitors’ quotations.

We take card payments, bank transfers and even finance. All payments are fully secure, and we are PCI compliant company.
Recall Policy
Recalls: No need to be worried that our engineer won’t fix the problem, but you will still be charged.
We have no quibble 7-day recall policy this means if anything goes wrong with the work within those days will reattend free of charge with no questions asked.
After the 7-day period we will still attend again free of charge for up to one year as all our work and parts come with at least a 1-year warranty, however, we will take a £80 + VAT deposit. If the problem is related to our work, we will refund the deposit however, if the issue is related to something else, we will provide a full report and the engineer will explain fully on site, however the deposit will be charged.
Fair pricing policy guaranteed
All our prices are quoted are excluding VAT all our charges are transparent and we have a clear, upfront, open and honest pricing system. We do have a minimum charge of 1 hour on all jobs thereafter work is charged in half hour increasements. All materials charged are quoted in advance and agreement is sorted before the work is carried out. Our estimates are designed to be detailed and be easy for you to read and compare with other quotes you have obtained. We never over price or over promise.
Materials will be supplied at trade price plus 20% mark-up subject to VAT.
Payments must be made in full upon completion of the works by one of the above payment methods.
Our policy on fitting equipment supplied by customers
We prefer to supply out own materials, in order to ensure that can meet our customers’ expectations of a high quality, trouble free installation.
We apply a mark-up to materials that we supply. This mark-up covers a whole range of ancillary services, which we appreciate are not always uppermost in customers’ minds at the time of the quotation.
We understand that when budgets are tight, it can be tempting to look for bargins online, and then to engage tradespeople on a “labour only” basis to fit them.
Whilst we are prepared to work with either system, experience suggests that it is important to be clear from the very start where potential pitfalls may be hidden, and where “money saving” may turn out to be a very expensive option. We regret that we are not able to accept any costs arising from delays, faults, incompatibility or other problems caused by materials supplied by others.
We provide good quality materials from reputable suppliers who offer enforced warranties and who have a track record of supplying good service. In our experience this greatly reduces project delays, stress and worry. We do not buy from online auction sites, or from the importers who advertise heavily on TV. All products are new and of first quality.
