We specialise in the installation and maintenance of commercial and industrial mechanical works such as gas, heating and plumbing across the UK. Information

We do not add an additional charge for fuel to our works.
In the unfortunate event that there is traffic delays, no extra time will be charged for. The travel time will be taken from Google maps in a non traffic situation from our office location.
Travel is charged from office location to job and back as per travel time on Google maps in a non traffic situation.
For works carried out on a bank holiday, after 5pm, Saturdays after 2pm and Sundays rates will be charged at double time.
In the instance where required minimum appliances and are not met but the travel time is greater than the minimum appliance fee, the lesser amount will be considered the minimum charge.
Key collection, different from the works address, is charged at the hourly rate, from the collection address to the site address and returning the keys is charged, from the site address to the drop off address.
For works carried out under the hourly rate, after the initial charge, if extra time is required, this will be charged in 30 minute intervals there after.
For works carried out under the hourly rate, if materials or plant are required, the time taken to collect these will be charged as per the hourly rate as well as the extra cost of materials or plant.
CCTV inspection or CCTV Survey with report for drainage works is NOT included within the rates and a price will be provided if requested or required.
For drainage works that requires jetting, use of the properties water will be required to carry out the job.

Exclusions

Parking provided by site, if there is no parking close by available and/or a parking ticket is issued this will be added on to the cost of the job. If we cannot park by any means this will result in the minimum charge above for an aborted visit.
Aborted visits due to no member of staff being on site, site not prepared, no safe access provided or a call back to a job that is non fault of ours will be charged at the above costs.
Due to the nature of the works requiring quick response times when works are agreed and scheduled in you can cancel within one hour and no charge will apply, if you cancel after 1 hour, the minimum charge will apply. Although if the engineer has already started travelling to the job and the job is cancelled on route, the minimum charge for the job will apply regardless if this is cancelled within one hour from initial booking.
We operate on a one man team attendance, if an extra person is required at any stage of the works, for safe access/heavy lifting, then a return visit will be required and the minimum charge will apply.
If further works are required and cannot be carried out on the first visit an additional quote will be provided and the minimum charge above will apply for the investigation works.
All quotes are quoted excluding VAT.
